Our process

Discovery meeting

In an initial no-obligation meeting, we’ll aim to learn what your dream home looks like to you. From questions like “What’s your style?” and “How do you picture living in your home?” to more practical matters like budget and financing, we’ll build a full picture of your wants and needs. This will also be your opportunity to meet our experienced team and learn about what sets us apart.

The fun stuff

Let’s be honest, picking your finishes can be pretty fun. Not only have we equipped our office so you can easily select your countertops and cabinetry styles and colors, but you’ll be provided with a detailed list of everything you get to select, from doorknobs to light fixtures. And for this, we can be as hands on, or off, as you need.

Project planning

After the discovery meeting, we’ll work with our contractor and other craftsmen to create a detailed cost per square foot estimate of your project ensuring we leave ample budget for the type of finishes you choose. This is a great time for customers to reach out to their bank to secure a construction loan for the project if that’s how they’ll be financing the project. Once everyone has their ducks are in a row, we’ll meet again to talk through each part of the estimate so you have a clear view of what you’ll spend.

Delivery of your home

After completion, we’ll walk you through your new home to get you fully acquainted with your systems and maintenance. You’ll also receive an organized binder from us with manuals relating to all of your appliances and other materials. And then we’ll get out of your hair so you can move in and enjoy your dream home!

Make it official

Once budgets and financing are secured, we can make it official! At this point we’ll sign contracts and get that crucial groundbreaking date into the pipeline. Before we move forward with the heavy machinery though, we’ll meet you at your lot so you can see your dream home fully staked out to make sure you’re happy with its placement.

Ongoing aftercare

Our client care doesn’t end when you move in. Small snag issues can crop up in any new construction, so not only will we proactively reach out to you after you’ve settled in to see if there’s anything else you need from us, but we’ll always be just a phone call away if any issues arise. Adding even more peace of mind, you’ll benefit from our unique two-year extended warranty on the HVAC, electrical and plumbing in your home.
